The Charter Partnership comprises Charter Financial Planning and Charter Insurance Brokers Limited, which together offer an all-embracing financial and risk management service to our private and commercial clients.

Having conducted business from the commercial heart of the City of Preston since 1982, we recently moved to purpose built offices in Preston’s Docklands.

Each company provides expert advice in its own field; both companies have a

Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) is THE hot topic in UK financial services. The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has indicated that it will specifically ask authorised firms how they embed this standard throughout their organisations.

TCF needs to be evident at all levels within firms and be seen to be addressed in areas such as product design, complaints handling and the treatment of customers by staff at all stages of their dealings with the firm. The partners and staff of Charter Partnership are committed to ensuring that TCF is a standard which is core to our Business Plan and embedded in our Mission Statement.
